Went on a walk today.

It's just getting nice out, trees have some buds, grass is getting green, sun is warm.

Laying on the ground staring up at the sky.

• Conversational High-Fives: High-fiving at any time other than when one is actively playing a sport
• When you are asleep at a hotel and the alarm clock goes off in the middle of the night because the person who was there before you set it and never turned it off.
• People who don't look at you when they are talking, or you are talking to them.
• When you're driving down the road and a cigarette butt comes out the window of a car in front of you and it bounces off your car.
• People who use the phrase "110%" (or even more % sometimes).
• People who put their feet up on the seat in front of them in movie theaters.
• People who say the time like "Eight AM in the morning".
• When people inturrupt you.
• Forks whose tines don't stand up in a perfectly straight line
• The sound of too much spit in someone's mouth when they talk.
• Athletes who point to the sky after scoring.
• Someone opening a cabinet door or drawer and leaving it open.
• People who ask "Can I ask you a question?"
• People who leave farts in elevators that I subsequently enter. Then the next person thinks it's me.

• When you are hanging out with someone and they make plans to do something else right in front of you.
• When people scratch their fingernails on a blackboard.

• Walking into spider webs.
• When the cashier gives you the change with the coins on top of the bills and for a moment you look like a fool jamming a large wad of cash into your pocket.
• Waiters/waitress who put their fingers on the top of the glass (where you drink from) when they deliver it to you.

• Adware, spyware, popups, viruses and other things that download themselves and install automatically
• People who make you take off your shoes when you go into their house for a party.
• I hate slow people walking in front of me...we call them mini-van drivers.
• People who stop at the top or bottom of an escalator.
• People who point at their wrist while asking for the time.
• Dog poop on the sidewalk.
• I know they have to do this, but I hate having servers recite the specials to me. Because I have never ordered a special, and hate having to feign interest in them.
• Men who refer to "babysitting" their own children.
• Pee anywhere other than in a toilet.
• How commercials are so much louder than the TV shows.
• When you get out of the pool and your bathing suit sticks to you and exposes your crotch.
• Double dippers.
• When people don't pick up their feet to walk and you hear the scuff... scuff... scuff.
• Trying to get assistance over the telephone, only to be directed to "press this number", umpteen times.
• People who say I can't, without even trying.
• People who leave their pets in their hot cars in the summer.
• Speed bumps.
• Dogs running around on a flatbed truck, which is going highway speed.
• Parents who have their children on leashes.

• Babies sitting on laps in cars.
• People who bring their babies to the movies.
• People who stick their USED gum just about anywhere (under a table or chair, on the ground, etc.)
• Dried toothpaste in the sink.
• Junk mail.
• People who talk on their cell phone at the movies.
• When someone blows their nose in your presence and then proceeds to look at what just filled their tissue/handkerchief.
• People who don't accelerate fast enough at a stop light, especially if you're in the left lane.

• People that do not flush the toliet in public restrooms.
• I hate people who have no idea what "personal space" is.
• Pants on men that are too short.
• Dirty restaurant bathrooms. It makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is.

• Air Guitar. Don't do it. You look like a dork.
• Dull pencils.
• Getting behind someone that will not drive up to the speed limit.
• I hate it when people tickle me.

• Sneezing in your hand and shaking someone's hand afterward.

I love the wings, love the lace, love the polka dots.

Her work is so beautiful, shabby, vintagy layers of love. I've looked at her etsy shop and it's filled with such goodies- run and check it out!

I loved looking at her art journals that were made with her daughter in mind. They are filled with pages and memories of her little girl growing up surrounded by pink, blue, lace, and feathers. Lilia has preserved the memories in such a sweet way...get's me inspired to try and organize myself to do the same with my children.

It's Monica Bellucci and she is an Italian actress who has been in several movies. She's 45 years old and STUNNING! Her most memorable movie (i think) was she was Mary Magdalene in The Passion of the Christ (Heavy). I love this photograph and I wish I knew who took it or what year it was taken in.

How did you become a designer?

I've been a knitter since I was nine. I followed this passion to Parsons School of Design in NYC. I've worked for many major companies as a knitwear designer and finally have launched a knitwear business of my own, liaMolly, which is named after my kids Liam and Molly. We’re based in the city that inspires me most, New Orleans.

What’s your inspiration?

Nature, art, fibers, yarns, patterns of all sorts for stitches. Coco Chanel, fashions past and present and New Orleans.

What’s your hometown?

New Orleans, LA but I am originally from Montreal.

If you had to pick a favorite design from your collection, what would it be?

The Thalia Dress because it is flattering on everyone, and you can wear it everywhere. I also like the Jacqueline Cardigan because it is so New Orleans.

What are you wearing right now?

I'm about to go to my studio on my Vespa, so aviator glasses, the Janette sweater from our winter collection, vintage jeans, and boots.

♥Hop Skip and Go Naked

• 1 bag ice
• 1 can limeade
• 1 can lemonade
• 2 liters Sprite
• 1/2 gal Vodka
• 1 case light beer

Empty a bag of ice into a large cooler. Add the cans of limeade and lemonade, then the 2 liter bottle of sprite. Add 1/2 gallon of vodka and 20-24 cans of beer.

Miley Cyrus

We had so much fun tonight!

We got a suite at The Target Center with a group of mom's and daughters...one dad, for the Miley Cyrus concert. It was a fun night because the girls were so happy to be there, they had so much room to dance and walk around. Bathroom breaks were easy because they were inside the suite. I'm spoiled now...how could I ever see another show in regular seats???

The only thing that I wasn't so happy about it, was Miley's brother, who performed in the opening band. He had tattoos all over his body and declined wearing a shirt. He made mention that he was told to cover up but he wasn't interested in doing that even in a theatre filled with little girls who did not need to see that! When did I get so Conservative?

My little girl just got a bit older...the change is happening so fast!
